New York- Tripel- 9.0% ABV. Pours a copper color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of sweet grain, honey, and yeast are prevalent. The flavor opens with a bright sweetness thanks to amber candi sugar. The finish is pleasantly effervescent and moderately dry.
